By accessing or using Techietact AI Tutor (the “Platform”), including our website, courses, quizzes, payments, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; the revised version will be posted here. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account & Eligibility
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Our services are intended for users who meet the minimum age required by applicable law (typically 13 years or older). By enrolling in paid courses, you agree to pay the applicable fees and comply with our payment and refund policies. Admin-granted course access (without payment) is subject to the same usage and conduct rules as paid enrollments.
Courses, Enrollment & Access
Course access is granted upon successful enrollment (including payment where required or when access is granted by the platform administrator). You must complete courses within the stated timeline where applicable. Certificates of completion may be issued upon meeting the course completion criteria. Free trials, if offered, are subject to their own duration and conditions. Career tracks and bundled courses are governed by the same terms unless otherwise stated.
Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider (e.g. Razorpay). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Refund eligibility and process are as per our policy at the time of purchase; contact us for specific requests. Coupons and discounts apply only when used in accordance with their terms (e.g. validity period, eligible courses).
Use of Content & Conduct
Course content, materials, quizzes, and platform software are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our content. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent quiz or exam rules, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or engage in fraud or abuse.
Limitation of Liability
Techietact AI Tutor and its services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
