Techietact AI Tutor collects information you provide when you use our learning platform. This includes:

• Account data: Name, email address, username, password (stored securely), and optional profile details such as phone number, location, and profile image when you register or update your profile.
• Learning data: Course enrollments, module progress, quiz attempts and scores, AI chat sessions within modules, and any feedback or reviews you submit.
• Payment data: Payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. We store order and payment status, amount, and course linked to the payment; we do not store your full card or UPI credentials.
• Contact and lead data: When you use the Contact form or submit a lead (e.g. on the website), we collect the name, email, phone, and message or details you provide.
• Referral data: If you refer a course to someone, we may store the recipient email and your referral activity.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session data to operate the platform, prevent abuse, and improve our services.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account, and authenticate you when you sign in.
• Enroll you in courses, track your progress, and deliver modules, quizzes, and AI-assisted learning features.
• Process payments, issue certificates of completion, and manage coupons or discounts where applicable.
• Respond to your contact requests, support queries, and lead submissions.
• Send you service-related communications (e.g. enrollment confirmations, payment receipts, and important platform updates).
• Run our referral program and improve our courses, platform, and user experience using aggregated or anonymized data.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share data with service providers (e.g. payment processor, email delivery) only as needed to operate our services, under strict confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Data Security & Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Passwords are hashed; payment information is handled by Razorpay in line with applicable standards. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
